NdFeB Magnets have corrosion potential and are easily oxidized in the normal temperature. Thus ,there is a great need of plating film with high corrosion resistance. In order to overcome this weakness while maximize magnetisiom of NdFeB sintered magnet,XF MAG has developed its own plating solutions and apply them different magnet related products.In order to increase the corosion resistance of the magnets and to meet the designated surface demands,we can provide XF MAG magnets with the following coating layers.  
   
 

Nickel Coating/excellent corrosion protection and resistance against heat
Znic-Coating/good corrosion protection and salt spray resistance
Passivation/Excellent corrosion protection
Epoxy/Excellent corrosion,salt spray resistence, against humidity and heat
