Flexible Rubber Magnets

Flexible Rubber magnets are compound materials made by mixing ferrite magnet powder and rubber. Pressing or rolling makes the finished flexible rubber magnet. It is divided into magnetic sheet, magnetic strip, electric motor magnet stirp, irregular shaped magnets, rubber NdFeB magnets, they are widely used in small precise motors, fridge door seal, magnetic teaching, continuous electricity switch, advertisement decoration, sensors, instruments and meters, toys, wireless communications, health care and various electronic appliances etc.

Rare Earth NdFeB Magnets

Rare earth permanent NdFeB magnets has the strongest magnetism nowadays. It does not only has high remanence, high coercivity, high energy product, and high-functional, but also it can processed into a variety of sizes easily. Now, it is widely used in avigation, spaceflight, electron, electrical sound, electrical machinery, apparatus, meters, medical technology, and especially apply to develop high-performance, small and light replacements.

Rare Earth SmCo Magnets

Rare earth SmCo magnets is a high performance low temperature coefficient permanent magnet made of samarium and cobalt and other rare earth elements. Sm-Co magnets can be operated at higher temperature up to 300 C. Sm-Co materials come in energy products from 16 MGOe up to 33 MGOe. Their high resistance to demagnetizing influences and excellent thermal stability has ensured Sm-Co as the premium choice for the most demanding motor applications.

Permanent AlNiCo Magnets

The Alnico (Aluminum, Nickel, Cobalt) family was introduced in the 1930’s. It’s characterized by excellent temperature stability, high residual induction, relatively high energies and resistant to corrosion. These were the first materials specifically designed for permanent magnets to be used in meters and instruments commercially. Alnico is available in both cast and sintered forms. Sintered Alnico offer slightly lower magnetic properties but better mechanical characteristics than cast Alnico. These materials are brittle, hard and cannot effectively be machined by conventional techniques other than by grinding.

Bonded NdFeB Magnets

BondedNdFeB magnets are manufactured by binding rapid-quenching NdFeB powder. The powder is mixed with resin to form a magnet by compression molding with epoxy or infection molding with nylon. The latter technique is particular effective in large volume production, though the magnetic value of products is lower than those made with compression molding because of their relatively lower density. Various shapes of high dimensional accuracy can be produced without further processing. Surface is treated by epoxy coating or nickel-plating to prevent corrosion.

Permanent Ferrite Magnets

The hard ferrite is manufactured with SrO or BaO and Fe2O3 by ceramic process,it is also called ceramic mangets. Because of its cheaper price, and production process is relatively simple, compared with the prices of their products relatively cheap in terms of other magnets. The main raw materials of ferrite magnets is oxide, so, it could not be eroded due to the impact of chemical substances or the environment (except for acid). Therefore, the surface does not need electroplating treatment. It is mainly used in handicrafts, drawing annex, toys, motor, loud speakers.
