Magnetic Rolls

Flexible Magnetic Rolls are widely used in the advertising industry for Magnetic Sign, ad, gift, name card, and toy, etc. Made from a mixture of Strontium or Barium Ferrite powder and polymers, Magnetic Rolls are both durable and affordable. At our company, we provide a variety of options to suit your needs.

Natural thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm, with widths up to 1500 mm and lengths up to 100 m. We also offer white or color PVC coating upon request and UV coating if required. Magnetism can be applied on one or both sides with multi-poles, with a typical pole distance of 2 mm. In addition, artworks printing and die-cutting can be done as per customer's request.

In addition to Magnetic Rolls, we also offer Plastic & Rubber Magnet Series. These soft and elastic magnets are a compound of rubber (NBR or CPE) and ferrite power. They have high magnetic properties compared to normal sintered isotropic ferrite, making them easy to design in various shapes, such as slicing, drilling, and rolling. With a density of 3.6-3.8g/cm3, they are easy to process for sizes and shapes.

Our Flexible magnetic rolls are a thermoplastic, a permanent magnetic product with a high-intensity, multi-pole magnetic arrangement designed to produce superior holding power on most metallic surfaces. We offer standard magnetization on the non-laminated side of the flexible magnetic rolls and provide custom magnetization upon request. Flexible magnetic rolls are tough and durable, great for creating removable signs to use on vehicles or other metal surfaces. They are smooth, pliant, non-porous, highly magnetic, and weather-resistant.

Our Magnetic Rolls and Plastic & Rubber Magnet Series are produced through extrusion, to produce materials in strip form (from about 1/4" to 10" wide), and calendering, to produce materials in sheet form (up to about 24" wide).

No surface treatments are required to protect against corrosion. However, we are able to laminate a variety of decorative facings to magnetic strips, such as PVC (white PVC, matte white-PVC, and gloss white PVC, and color PVC, such as red, yellow, black, brown, etc.), self-adhesive (standard adhesive and 3M adhesive), and UV.

It's important to note that the magnetic properties of flexible magnets degrade linearly with temperature in the same way as Ceramic magnets. The limiting factor for flexible magnets is the binder materials used to render them flexible, which begin to flow at temperatures of about 250F.
